Impressed by the expanse of the palace is Stanley Fishman. He has brought his entire posse consisting of Rameau Ouedraogo, Tomasz Pudzianowski, Ray Wizard, Mark Javelin, and Maxim Franz with him on this visit. Fishman is greeted by the owner of the palace Rick Tomashek a large East End Londoner of South African origin. Tomashek is wearing a snazzy black business suit and has a beard which is bleached around the goatee but natural on the sideburns.
Rick Tomashek: Welcome to my palace and to the Aloha state Mr.Fishman. I see you have brought along a few "friends" to enjoy this piece of paradise along with you. I hope you will enjoy everything this establishment has to offer.
Stanley Fishman: I sure will, however that is not the point. First of all is to stop the sweet talk when the business at hand is so serious.
Rick Tomashek: Oh my I just thought you came over for a casual visit Mr.Fishman. I would first like to say that I am honoured for the fact that my underground gym has become one of the No Holds Barred Shootfighting meccas. All of that is thanks to you.
Stanley Fishman: Don't get me wrong Tomashek, I like you very much but we don't really have time to get acquainted. Before we go ahead with making your gym the premier gateway to Japan I have a few concerns.
Rick Tomashek: And what would those be? I am sure they can be dealt with no problem.
Stanley Fishman: Well scouting reports say that you are a very dirty fighter in the ring.
Rick Tomashek: And proud of it, if you ain't cheating you ain't trying.
Stanley Fishman: My issue is trying to sell Hawaiian Vale Tudo as a legitimate sport to the public. We need to air on the side of caution even when we are underground with the two of us behind it, HVT is bound to get noticed eventually.
Rick Tomashek: Well when you grow up on the streets and in jail, it just isn't possible to suddenly change your ways in a heartbeat. It is just my style afterall.
Stanley Fishman: Fair enough though don't expect to enter UJSW anytime soon with the restrictions and grappling focus.
Rick Tomashek: Ha, ha I have no plans to, besides the rope escapes even out my lack of punching and still developing I should say ground game.
Stanley Fishman: My second concern is business ethics. I want to try and avoid practices like fixing fights. To be successful we cannot under any circumstances make ourselves seem illegitimate. That will just give more ammo to the politicians and media who want to criticize us.
Rick Tomashek: Gotcha, or atleast give ourselves the appearance or aura of legitimacy.
Stanley Fishman: Trust me Tomashek I am no fool. I know exactly how you run your business ventures, utilize every single underhanded crimical tactic in the book.
Stanley Fishman: I believe that things will go a lot smoother if we follow it my way. I have a lot invested on you and in the company. I do respect you, thats why I made this gym a main Pancrase Rebirth academy affiliate. The Hawaiian islands, Oceania, all of the islands in the Pacific Ocean and beyond. Any kids who step inside will certainly be tempted to listen to you and your offers.
Stanley Fishman: If you do screw up I will make you fight Mark Javelin, and trust me attempting eye gouges from your back is certainly not as effective when a wrestler of his caliber is on top of you.
Stanley Fishman: Oh and he is JUST as dirty of a fighter as you are, just take a look at his last match against Ben Frellic.
Stanley Fishman: Even worse I could put you up against Danny Jameson who by god will dry hump you to victory...
Mark Javelin and Rick Tomashek stare eye to eye. Two East Londers with similar backgrounds, the assassin and criminal mastermind nod as to suggest they are frenemies now. Both understand each other as if they spent along time in jail together and having a certain level of respect at the same time.
